Laborer

HFL is hiring a laborer for barge operations at its Congo, WV location. This hands-on position involves barge cleaning, rigging, cargo handling, and equipment maintenance in variable outdoor conditions. With some overtime and a strong safety-first culture, this role suits physically capable candidates comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and marine environments.

Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a TWIC card
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Ability to lift 60–100lbs and navigate confined spaces
• Readiness to undergo safety and equipment training
• Team-oriented communication skills
• Prior labor experience in marine or related industries
• Previous work in safety-sensitive environments
